Soft skills are relevant to every industry and every job. They help build personal relationships and a stronger character. Here are BPP, we will teach high schools students the various soft skills that are important for business resilience through the role play of real life scenarios. These situations will expose them to real world problems business leaders face, encouraging them to utilize the right soft skills to tackle such issues. For example, we will present students with workplace conflict and have them role-play a solution.
